Data we collect
When you register or order we collect: your name, e-mail, phone number, company name (for business customers), delivery address and the contents of your orders. The website also keeps in your browser the language, the shopping cart and your login.
Why we use it
To accept and deliver your orders, to manage your account and wholesale approval, to contact you about an order, and to meet legal and accounting obligations.
Card data
Card payments are processed by the bank on its own secure page. We do not receive or store card numbers; we only receive the result of the payment.
Who receives your data
Only those who are needed to serve your order: the delivery service, the payment bank and the companies that host the website. We do not sell your data.
Protection and storage
Passwords are stored in a protected (hashed) form and the connection to the website is encrypted. We keep order data for as long as the law requires for accounting; account data until you ask us to delete it.
Your rights
You can ask us to show, correct or delete your personal data, or to stop using it, by writing to our e-mail address. We answer within a reasonable time, as required by the law of Georgia on personal data protection.
Cookies and tracking
The website uses browser storage to work (login, cart, language). With your consent we also switch on analytics (Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity) to see which pages and products interest visitors and to improve the site; the data is anonymous. Analytics stays off until you agree, and you can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of the page. We do not use advertising trackers.
