Payment methods

Cash on delivery or bank transfer: you pay when you receive the goods, or by bank transfer after we confirm the order.

Online card payment (Visa / Mastercard), when it is available at checkout: you pay on the secure page of the bank.

Online card payment

The payment is made on the secure page of the bank (TBC Bank or Bank of Georgia). We never see, receive or store your card number; the bank only tells us whether the payment succeeded.

The amount is charged in Georgian lari (GEL). After the bank confirms the payment the order goes into processing.

If the payment is not completed, the order is cancelled automatically after about an hour and the goods return to stock. You can place the order again at any time.

Delivery

We deliver across Georgia. The delivery time and the delivery cost are confirmed by our manager when the order is accepted; the address is the one you enter at checkout.

Receiving the goods

Please check the parcel when you receive it. If the packaging is visibly damaged or something is missing, tell the courier and contact us the same day, with photos.
